Veda Saravanan, born in India, started her journey through art at a young age. She spent her early years traveling throughout India with her father. Her distinctive work and cultural upbringing allowed her to become the artist that she is today. Traveling has become a part of her art culture and she truly enjoys doing it. She has been all over the world and it continues to inspire her work. Since her professional debut in 1997, she has taken part in various exhibitions as well as several fashion shows throughout the Carolinas. Some of her work has been displayed in many parts of Charlotte including the Hearst Building, Manor Theatre, Hart Witzen Gallery, Charlotte Art League, Le Meridien Hotel, McColl Center, Charlotte Trolley Museum, Restaurants/Cafes, Online Galleries, Billboards and more. Veda hopes to grow independently in her work as well as continue to contribute to Charlotte’s art community.
